	That they understand and respect the fact that you will obtain advice, ideas and prices from at least two other companies.
	That they provide clear, detailed advice plus written details of all works they are going to carry out.
	Provide a comprehensive written guarantee and warranty detailing clearly the works covered by this guarantee. This document should also indicate whether some items of work or supply have varying guarantee periods and if so - what those periods are.
	Respond to all enquiries within 48 hours maximum - either to provide the information/brochures you have requested or arrange a site visit and detailed quotation.
